He answered & I'm paraphrasing: Yes it would be nice if it really did exist..

I say : The West left civility at the door,took nations by storm like a lion in winter that roars .Not like Simba or Muphasa..but more like Mr. Hyde..hi jacking the united nations making it bow to its dictations one CIA operative machine gun blast of leaders at a time ..dig..like Walter Rodneys of British Guyana, Patrice Lumumba of Congo, &El haag Malik El shabbazz of the USA for the so called greater good of Civilized peaceful world!
I know bad poetry it don't rhyme or reason like the BS provisions made for this type of human conduct! In a word, Western culture is a stolen legacy from bloody Earth of the lesser tolerated so called uncivilized world than marked up sold to poorest bidder for highest prices..
They gained the world while we lost our souls & our minds with their civility accepting getting double dose of inferiority from them like China got opium which led to to 2 not one opium War. still fought today by Oriental and occidental folks under different guises.
