I'll make HIM stay
This MAN was there before me,
and has seen it all come 'nd flee;
from a "shinning star" that went dark,
to the paradise that got stuck.
So, in this "marriage," wish me luck!
I don't wish a thing to hold back.
Pray! This OLD MAN don't blame,
He precedes all fame but still the same
and as He walks me down the aisle,
Pray! I still don't be vile!
From the millions, me He chose,
please, let us the space
even in his absence,
I'll count on His presence!
His words make my heart one of steel
and in the wake of evil, I'll be still,
and these eyes I'll blur
just not at another man to stare.
His Letter, I'll have at heart,
so as to have a worthwhile wait.
I'll make calls, a phone is not far,
so in my eyes, he'll sparkle like a star!
And His Flame I'll keep lit,
for all to know of His love 'nd might.
