Everytime I close my eyes
The fear within me rise
The darkness steals my sleep
The silence makes my heart leap
Of nothing I fear so much
Than darkness all around us.
And that's when the firefly glows
To help me forget my flaws... forget my fear ...
If a firefly so small ,
Can stand so tall
Why can't I?
Just find yourself to light your path
And out of darkness you rise
Reflect on yourself with closed eyes
To stand tall and keep pace
With what life throws at your face
And that's when you win
This challenging race of life.
