In a room,
Filled with books and stories,
a little girl sits
her breathing quiet in the silence
Her writing strewn around her

I stare at her and wonder who
she'd become,
who she'll meet,
what she'll see

Coming from a beautiful country,
growing up in a city,
Seeing all the stuff nobody has seen
And I wish I can tell you
so much more about the girl

That she likes to read fantasy,
talks to people she had never seen,
Writes a piece of her novel every single day
to show others than you can be anything you want to be

Maybe one day,
you'll see her
high above in the clouds
A book in her hand
