Lord let me sing, let me dance, let me be
today I pray I shall feel happy and free
express myself in a way does you proud
Lord, I don't need to draw a crowd
I'm content to be unseen and unheard
for each action of mine and quiet word
is quest to do better, have fun along the way
I know you'll understand me and what I say
please give me this day to live as I desire
and watch me try to elevate my spirit higher
