The looming gray clouds
Devour those pale skies, trembling,
As I stand helpless
Stranded in the hearth
Of its resounding vastness;

I watched all alone
As ominous clouds
Taint the heavens, reflecting
The phantoms beneath-
The eyes of the beholder.
