Silent Screams
I'm still a teen, lost in shadows,
A canvas of silent screams,
Depression's weight upon my chest,
Loneliness woven into my dreams.

The world spins, a tempest wild,
Yet no one hears my inner strife,
Anxiety's whispers echo loud,
A battle waged within my life.

But faith flickers like a candle,
Guiding me through the darkest night,
I seek understanding, solace,
A hand to hold, a glimmer of light.

For in shared vulnerability,
We find strength to rise above,
To silence the demons that haunt,
And reclaim our hearts with love.

So let us stand together,
Warriors against despair,
Our silent screams transformed,
Into anthems of hope and care.
