Several dreams
In a harsh summer state

The wind makes a whirlwind In your life
And makes your heart go insane

A man who lives in Nevada
Has climbed up each saged brush hill
And spent his life going up and down

He wiped the Nevada dirt
Off of his worn our jeans

Him and his offspring
Sprung from from the smallest snake holes
It doesn't make his heart a whole

When he is blue
I think of how
I can talk to him without a few brews

Oh god this Nevada dirt
Gets in your eyes and caused those tears

You seem afraid and sad
But don't go away
We need you here to stay

You're a man whose climbed the hills
And conquered all those snake bites
The things you despise

Despite the rocky roads
And the callous on your toes
Don't let it callous your heart

Your dusty eyes and muddy sighs
Make the Nevada dirt blow in your brain

You just have to restrain
