If only wishes can come true,
I have one or two or maybe a few,
And they're all about you,
If only magic could make you true

I come home and read of you in pages,
But life limits our moments in stages,
My first wish to lift you from your cages,
To make you mine I seek out mages

I know you but you will never know me,
You see these words will not set you free,
My second wish is to allow you to see,
I read and regret you stop at three
