I've been caught up in the storms of life lately,
ashamed to open up to anyone
So I pour out on my sheets all night long,
it's been a rough ride lately
But I gotta survive the storms,
been frozen all my muscles like rigor-mortis
Gotta work my way through the storms,
but the negativity keeps knocking on my door step
I know it ain't easy,
and a lot of my fox don't believe that I can pull through
I took a trip down to memory lane just to relate,
to relate how it feels to be in the moment
Single handedly climbing this mountain on my own,
this is something I really need
Storms come and disappear,
but this one is a nightmare
Here is my honest truth about this,
storms make life interestin'
But overcoming them is what makes life meaningfu',
so you gotta let me do this on my own
It's been a rough ride lately,
but I will keep on.....End!!!
