crumpled sheets,
noone's near.
restless thoughts,
just another dream.

alarm on snooze,
trying to cheat my mind,
to find another excuse,
I close again my eyes,

Conjuring that feeling.
warm kiss, holding you tight,
our shadows on the ceiling
in the first rays of light.

Burning lips exploring, tracing
my skin, alight under your touch.
warmth's spreading, heartbeat's racing,
senses gone mad, a desperate clutch

of my hands on your back, bound,
drawing you closer, seeking your eyes.
slowly drowning in them. no other sound
but your voice, then whisper, my sighs.
