Throughout the years
I always think it's everchanging
What often stay the same for me
But it isn't for anybody

I learned it the hard way
Told myself everything will be okay
But deep down I know they won
Cause they chose to knock me down

Listening to them deafens me
Continue living in insanity
I'd trick them when it's time
Bet they dislike this one side of mine

I gave out too much
Wasted too many time
Till I forgot what receiving like
That's how I tortured myself

All this chaotic scene
I know there's a reason why it's me
Rare enough to help me awake
Cause casualties usually at my dusk
