Once Upon A Sad Girl
Once Upon a Sad Story
There was a girl,
She was pretty, smart, but used.
For everyone around her acted as walls.
She view a mirror who gave her false images. She didn't know she was pretty ,smart, and amazing.
She thought she was ugly. For people reminded her everyday.
She felt that know one understood. That she could never be loved I mean who can love a Reject. I mean isn't that why her mom left her right.
She was born sickly and weak, and hated herself for it. She goes to school everyday covered in bruises and scars. She goes home with internal wounds thrown at her by people who think they know her.
They call her ugly, but she is beautiful.
They call her useless, but she's useful in so many ways.
They tell her she'll never have any friends, but now she has more then she can count. But did she know that when she was in school.
No she didn't. At middle school it took her mutiple times to end the pain in her life. She couldn't take it anymore her Mom leaves her then Her Dad walks out of her life without looking back. She tried hangings, cuttings, drinking poisons and starving herself. Although her sister's and brother's apologized for what they did. She didn't feel it.
For years she felt no love, no comfort, no bright light to keep her happy. She always felt lonely and depressed. Until one night.
You think it was just kids that bullied her, but her 8th grade year. She was bullied by her math teacher. In order for this young girl to feel happy she would read fantasy books wishing she was there instead of here. Her teacher pulled her into a meeting telling her to say yes to everything. So that's what she did because her teacher said Adults are always right.
So her teacher told her grandma what a terrible student she was. Though she was making A's in her class. The poor girl could never get a break from the cruelity of this world.
So that night at the age of 14 and at 10:00pm she ran away. She had bottled up her emotions up for to long. She thought if she was not wanted she would leave.
She didn't see the people who loved her. All she saw was the pain and scars the mirror reminded her of the past. Half a mile from home she collapsed on the road crying. All her life she hid those emotions in a bottle called "What I deserved?"
As she got up from her emotion break down and saw the headlights from her uncle's head lights. She cried asking. "Why are you looking for me?" and he said. "Because I love you and would miss having a cheery Katie around." So she got in the car with anew feeling. Something that shook the dark cloud that had formed around her heart.
As she got home she was shocked and in tears. Her sibling were looking for a weakling girl like her. Why would they do that for her? Because that little girl built a wall around what was most precious to her. The sunlight of love was starting to shine in the life of cloudy hate.
Several years later
She is changed.
She is beautiful and she knows it.
She can smile with true feeling.
She could laugh without being laughed at.
She saw that crooked mirror and threw it out and got one that showed her heart.
She now reaches out to those like her.
That sad little girl I talked about well.
