Oh what a fool I was
to plan the pilgrimage to Uruvela;
a dangerous road indeed,
through thick forests
full of ferocious spirits,
angulimals!

The true journey is
the journey within.
The physical Uruvela is
but a sham
if the spirit of Bodhisattva
hasn't arisen
in the pilgrim...
