Women protested here in my land to
cover their breast,
But the strike today is to
Reveal all the covered parts!

We arrayed against the cast
And discriminations
But now we seek caste
To get reserved jobs!

We cried to learn books
We wanted to join schools
Now we strike against them
To please the crazy politics!

Our leaders of renaissance
Struggled to stop 'Sati'
But now we lift weapons
To stab and kill our weman!

By struggles and sacrifices
Our leaders won our fortunes!
Our youngesters srike to nullify
The sacrifices of the old.

To enter the temple Courtyard,
To worship the God
The satyagraha we did, turns futile
When we join to break the shrine!

To rise, to change the law
The ancestors did the strike.
The trend today is to burry their efforts
Into the pit of oblivion!
