PICK UP THE STONES AND BUILD A MANSION!
I was in deep sleep. I was in peace. Dreaming.
Then suddenly I heard a loud noise from the outside.
It sounds like a broken window.
I got up to checked what happened.
To my astonishment I'd learned that someone threw a stone at my house and broken my window.
A few minutes later, I was unconscious.
A stone hits my head.
It happen every day, not only in my house but wherever I am, someone's throwing a stone.
It left me with scars in my body.
There are pebbles that hurt me a bit.
There are stones that had left me bleeding and wounded.
It enraged me at first not knowing who is doing this to me and why.
Who would dare to ruin my peaceful life?
Who would dare to hurt me when I am not hurting anyone?
Then one day I decided to pick up a stone and to my surprise it has something written on it. "ANGER"
I wonder what that means.
Finally I had decided to accept this painful habit of those who are throwing stones at me.
I then picked up those stones that I can use to build something; perhaps a mansion.
In our lives there are people who will throw a stone to us.
There are stones of shame and blame.
There are stones of insults and rejections.
There are stones of pride and prejudices.
There are stones of insecurities.
There are stones of malice and falsehood.
There are stones of hatred and anger.
There are stones of resentment and rebellion.
There are stones of pressures from family and friends.
There are stones of high expectations.
There are stones of assumptions.
There are stones of negativity and toxic people and things.
There are stones of fear and doubt.
There are stones of anxiety and depression.
Every day I would happily pick those stones to build my dream mansion.
I had also learned to catch those stones without being hurt and wounded.
Instead of complaining that's how I decided to use those stones to build a beautiful mansion inside of me.
From scars to stars.
