I've learned, that comparing won't bring us any gain,
It's a path that leads to needless pain.
For each of us, in God's own light,
Is blessed with gifts, unique and bright

But comparison, can be so unkind,
It's a thief of joy, with toxic thoughts that cloud the mind.
So beware, for each of us possess gifts so rare.

God made us unique, one by one,
With different talents under the sun.
So cast away the urge to compare,
And let your own joy fill the air.

Let the person in the mirror be your only competitor,
for true progress lies in outdoing your past self, not others.
Look in your heart, you'll find the key,
To live your life authentically.

Because to measure against another's way,
Can lead your heart and soul astray.
So embrace your path, your light, your voice,
And in your own journey, let yourself rejoice!!
