Hush hush now my little dearest one,
Let the silence take hold of the night.
Sleep soundly my dear for you have won,
Those nightmares will never see the light.

Close your eyes and let your dreams take wing,
One day when you are strong and able,
You would surely become a noble king.

If thou not close your eyes to gentle sleep,
And the boogeyman finds you crybaby,
