Sleep wonderful Sleep,do you count sheep.
The body in slumber ,relaxed at ease,freeing itself of dis-ease.
Drifting into a different.realm,the healing cleansing,washing ,like a tonic or balm.

Zzz,s or not, remember or forgot.
The astral body climbs high, reaching, reaching,
embracing the teaching.

Theta state ,altering the brain state.
3D reality becoming a desparity.
Feeling one, wholesome.
Merged,submergrd,in,out, dropping doubt.

Understanding consciousness,more then previous.
Everynight, in-dreaming, sometimes, screaming.
sometimes quiet, silent absorbing.

The brain, Ego,subdued,renewed.
Slow breath near death.
Yet alive, awakening, refreshed, understanding, within, without,
sleep,sleep, my beautiful me.
