A walk on a beach,
on your bare feet,
So close and within reach,
A conversation brief but sweet,
The water washes over your toes,
As your feet sink in the soft sand
You walk along making foot prints in the sands of time.
The water washes over the footprints
As the sun begins to fade to say goodbye to the end of another day.
