you're now going to think it is some higher fad / pain and suffering / a wrong expression of something wrong / a tragedy that im confused. / im confused? is that so?

you think it's some pity to be a boy / it is your pity / it is my beauty / it is your disease. / something curable / a tradgedy / would you televise it?
