The smile on my face is real,
It bears witness to how I feel...

whenever I see you
my heart beats steadily pushing against all the chaos in my life.
though I've fallen hard on my face you are the key to finding out where my strengths are
where do my limits lie
when I think about you I forget the pain in my heart and just happy being in your embrace
you are loving kind and generous
you took a lost soul and brought it home to a place where I feel like I finally belong. your smile so warm so bright it surpasses all the freedom in this world. without you I'd be lost with nowhere to be found
with you the mask comes off and my real light shows
a real smile creeps across my face and I can let my hair down just being content with who I am and enjoy looking forward on what's yet to come
