In poetry we don’t say :
I’m overwhelmed by sorrow.

In poetry we say :
I only knew one version of sorrow
the classic one
but not the other one
the one when you experience sorrow
trough flames eating away at your soul
like if you were put all of a sudden
into a vast inferno
and left alone to burn.
