My world is cold, my future's bare,
I'm getting old, I'm unaware.
I try to find, a way to be,
But I'm resigned, I cannot see.

My future's destroyed, it has no skin.
I cannot find, a way to start,
My thoughts are blind, my heart is part.

"The shadows grow, my thoughts are deep,
I cannot show, I cannot weep.
My life is cold, my soul is dim,

"My life is bleak, my mind's in pain,
I'm at a peak, I'm going insane.
My future's near, my past is gone,
I'm filled with fear, my spirit's flown.

I cannot win, there's no repair.
I'm all alone, I'm filled with dread,
