The last dance
The eyes of the Sun fainted,
It's beauty covered.
Darkness leapt in,
The earth stumbled,
Days felt cold.
The eyes of the Sun fainted ,
It's beauty snatched.
Birds could not sing,
Trees stood still,
Shedding their leaves in pain,
Even the wind could not gather the fallen leaves,
The oceans felt lonely,
It swayed not.
The eyes of the Sun fainted,
It's beauty is no longer seen.
The day granny shed her last tear,
And danced the last dance.
Even now,
Every whale of time,
Turns sour,
Each time her absence is felt...
