Harbinger of our doom,
Hurtling through space,
The asteroid is here too soon,
We must hurry now to embrace
The clock's time is showing noon,
As the sun shines down upon our face
Nothing is ever done too soon,
Especially when you're dealing with fate
Worried people with heavy hearts,
Teary eyes and sunken souls
We fear to pass life's rickety bridge,
'Cause underneath there hiding is a bunch of trolls
They say the secret to all things possible,
Is to be polite and just
But it's easier to say than to do,
We are battling with mistrust
Sometimes I feel like I could just bust,
But what happens when you can feel it in your gut?
Do you go with it like the flow,
Or do you discard it like the trash?
I can't exactly remember how it happened,
But I know I could never go back
This planet is spinning now,
We are all holding on tight
So we either learn to fall,
Or we'll never be able to fly
