In Thy Embrace
Yes I would rest in thy embrace, oh Lord,
My thoughts, My Walks, casting imaginary of thy heart,
My muse, my chats, marinating through thy light,
No less no more, just to be lost in thee.
I would run into thy being, oh Lord,
Joining the Psalmist and the great King David,
Echoing symphony which started in you,
Not stopping, not deterred, till my one gaze is mirrored in you
I would dig deep beneath the waters of the beginning,
Listening to the word that whipped creation into being,
Just to stalk the king has He does His thing,
Not distracted by the slightest of me, while my whole dissolves into Him.
