Ticktock
"Ticktock",
Says the clock on the wall.
Resistance could be the difference,
In whether we rise or fall.
So now is the time,
To take that chance.
If we do not take that step,
Then we cannot advance.
As the clock on the wall,
Well it keeps ticking,
It's slow drumroll,
Of missed opportunity.
Which eventually is sure to be,
Nothing more than wasted time.
To sit and wait.
To hesitate.
Would simply be a crime.
A crime against one's self.
For the hands of the clock,
On the wall never stop.
Therefore neither should we.
