YOU ARE LOVE, MY PART OF SPEECH
Love is a noun,
In person, it's you,
A place where my heart resides.
Love is a peacock,
You are beautiful every day,
A rope that bonds us together.
Love is a phrase,
Without you, I'm meaningless,
You are my finite verb.
Love is a clause,
You're the subordinate
That makes my dependent complete.
Love is a verb,
That's our action now,
Both present and continuous,
We are doing it now.
Love is an adverb,
That tells how much I desire you,
A conjunction that joins us together,
And a preposition that tells your position in my heart.
