it's 5 o'clock in the morning,
and all that I hear is dumb silence,
it's so loud that I have to put on earmuffs,
to protect myself because in the old age I want to have good hearing abilities,
I put on my sandals but am left standing still,
I can't move and inch,
I try but all is in vain,
the air outside is thick and staffy,
I can feel it.

why even am I going outside?
who am I to have fun with in the dim streets?
