I remember
I remember when I was a child in school eager to write the new year on my notebook
I remember how I'd make the mistake of putting the previous year
I remember I used to hate starting from January again because it would take so much time before it gets to December ,ughhhhh
They are all memories now , I'm no longer the child in a classroom
but I think the excitement to write 24 at the end of 20 instead of 23 is there
I still feel the same way about starting from January though ,just now I see it as a clean slate ,the opportunity to start over like being born again
