They always looks so happy
In these Polaroids

I don't understand it,
How this was destroyed

What could I have missed out on?
What could I have seen?
I feel there is something missing,
In a hidden dream

When I see this photo album,
Everything looks complete

Take a closer look at what they never took
Pretty soon you'll have to leave,
The happy thoughts and memories
I sit alone and write this poem

A happy family was depleted.
