The pages of my old book,

Hold my memories of yesterday,

Every smile, every tear,

Every person who came my way..

Every struggle l went through,
Every heartbreak l suffered through,
Every day l spent with the memories,
dwelling deep in my heart.

Every person l trusted whom l thought to be friend, turned a turncoat later on,
Every person who was by my side till my journey, has left me with nothing.

Every happiness which are sweet memories of today were the fruits of my yesterday s' struggle.
Every friend whom l was supported, some turned to be just a outsider,

Some kept their footprints on my life with their encouraging attitude,
I am grateful to all who came by my side, supported me.

I am quite grateful to them too who betrayed me, cause they taught me a lesson
"Life isn't filled with good people only, there are bad people too"
They introduced me to the outside world beyond my home;
They made me realize a lot of progress l have to go through, to be a good person, not a perfect one.

They were the people who taught me bitter lessons to introduce me to this world wherel was new, leaving my home back behind.
I am grateful to all of them..
