Meet me in the middle,
With an open mind,
Set aside differences,
We're the same kind...

I don't know you,
And you don't know me.
If I only knew your name,
One day we could be three.

Is that too forward,
In this foul weather?
If only I had a chance,
We would be together.

I see you're alone,
Left without any friends.
Happiness of we two,
On your answer depends.

So, the choice is yours,
On which route to take.
If you say no to my dream,
Why then my heart will break.

I could not bear the thought,
Of being to you unknown.
If that must be the case,
Just let me sulk and moan.

For a love that might have been,
Far above the highest stars.
I'll go on with living my life,
Despite all of the scars
