CORRUPTED EMOTIONS
I just woke up in a new morning
Out of the shocks of my life
Looked out at the new sun burning
Eclipsing the froughts of past evening
Feelings are either lost or frozen
Affection is subdued and morals are brazen
Emotions are suppressed and became obsolete
Crafted smiles stay offbeat
World is bright for me no more
My perspective has opened a new door
Where life is just a fun
No one cares for you and care for none
I no more listen to my heart
I decided to be a flirt
All worries are shrugged off
All pains are shoved off
My way of life is now hedonistic
And my approach is futuristic
Now i welcome the life mirthfully
And it also embraces me blissfully
I know that everything is hollow at heart
And all the emotions are torn apart
Aesthetical smiles and superficial profiles
Make me happy and ecstatic for many miles
Still sometimes, heart overwhelms with emotional rhymes
And considers those old days as my sweetest times
Winds of time have made me a stoical person
And i espouse whatever is fortune's resolution
Now only live by delusions and obsessions
And is all due to my Corrupted Emotions..
