कोहरा छाया ओस गिरी, जाड़े से जनवरी भरी।
दिन छोटे हैं रात बड़ी, फूल लिए फरवरी खड़ी।
तेज हुई सूरज की टार्च, महुआ से महका है मार्च।
गांव गली तपते खपरैल, आग लगाता है अप्रैल।
लाया धूप पसीना रे, मारे मई महीना रे।
तेज बडे़ लू के नाखून, जान बचाओ आया जून।
वर्षा लेकर आई, कितनी सुखद जुलाई।
नाचे मयूरा होकर मस्त, झूले लिए आया अगस्त।।
इन्द्र धनुष है अम्बर में, मौसम मुदित सितंबर में।
पेड़ों ने भी पत्ते झाड़े, अक्टूबर के पिछवाड़े।
देखो लगा कांपने बंदर, आया ठिठुरन लिए नवंबर।
लगती धूप सुन्दर, खत्म साल आ गया दिसंबर।
In English

Fog shadow dew fell, winter filled January.
Days are short, nights are long, February stands for flowers.
The torch of the sun intensified, March is brighter than Mahua.
The village street heats the tile, sets fire to April.
Laya sunshine sweat re, mare may month re.
Fast big loo nails, save lives came June.
The rain brought, what a pleasant July.
Mayura danced and became cool, August came with a swing.
Indra Dhanush is in Amber, weather is cloudy in September.
Trees also shed leaves, back of OctobeBackyard.
Look, the monkey felt trembling, November came with a chill.
The sun seems beautiful, the year has come to an end, December.
