They say
They say, it's about who stays, not those who promised
But even with the people who stayed,
has their own reasons of why they stayed in my life,
I let people in,
give them a chance,
they make me happy
and then hurt me
... and I smile, but I feel empty
I try to keep the light I have
despite it starting to fade away,
my only worry,
is that one day,
I'd reach that point
where I don't know how to smile anymore,
... let alone feel happy.
