Everyone's mocking me one after one
standing before the podium
while they made me sit in the front row
under focus light highlighting my presence
to make it easy for the people in the back
to look and laugh at my state
Each person took their turn
to comment about my slow phase
One might think I'm upset
as i sat there silently
But do i need to tell them
that I'd rather prefer to be the tortoise
than be a rabbit losing the race
