It wasn't supposed to be this way.
It's enough for me to watch you from far away.
To see you smile for little things.
To have laughter, even for a second.

I've led you to open my book.
To read my chapters,
And I asked from heaven that you would be my epilogue.
But Fate ain't gonna be in my favor.

So I've lost the taste of the sweetest flavor.
I've then tasted the bitterness of that favor.
Our strings wasn't meant to be attached.
Neither connected or tangled.

We've just strangers who became part of each other's life,
In just a split moment.
