in this world you only have two choices
become successful or nothing
from a young age you're supposed to know what you want to be. but how can a fifteen years old child know what they want to do for the rest of their life. from a young age you have everyone asking what you want to be.
when I was five, my mom asked what I wanted to be, so I said: "I want to be like you!"
five years later she asked me again so I answered: "I want to be a teacher"
now another five years later she asked again so I said; "I don't know... maybe a doctor? or a singer?"
how am I suppose to know this at fifteen? i don't even know who I am. this society wants you too know what you want to be for the rest of your life.But how am I supposed to know? i don't even know who's my true friend. i don't even know if I'm gonna live past Sixteen. i dont even know how to solve a simple math problem, because my mind is not at the right place.
so tell me...how can a young child know what they wand to do for the rest of their life's?
