My heart a nomad❤️🇿🇼
My heart, a nomad

They now know me as the one who wanders for pasture Drived by the need to taste everything nature has to offer How can I settle when my heart is unsettled And when I feel a need to move on when all the resources are exhausted My heart is no longer here and my eyes are cast yonder With anticipation of new things my heart grows fonder

I wish someday I could invite you to my humble abode But drived by a desire I find myself always on the road My journeys are long like I’m a voyager And in my quest I search thoroughly like a forager It beats me how I never can find what I’m truly looking for Thus I get tired of waiting for something that will never show

I call it a quest for satisfaction but they call it immorality And whenever I leave they question my rationality But how can I stay when I’m not satisfied They say it’s In my nature and I never really tried I try to tell them that life happens only once And they argue that what I seek only exists in a trance

How did I end up with an appetite so insatiable Tasted everything even that which is unpalatable My heart constantly changing places because of lust Drived by a desire to have them all to the very last Romance is good but I still find it very hard I guess you can only blame my heart, a nomad
