We live,
We blink,
We die.
Time goes by so fleetingly and it
keeps running at record pace,
It feels like time has taken it
upon it's self to not only be a
competitor but in fact to win the race,
Just yesterday I was a happy,uncaring,
joy filled child wrapped in sunshine
and the warmth of my mother's love

I blinked just for a second and
now I am grown up, depressed,
And I have bills to pay,
Time just ran right past me,
Of catching up...
