Prayer
Sometimes the voices in my head get so loud , that I can't hear myself .
The pain is too deep that I can't feel myself.
My mind feels like a foreign land, silence ringing inside my ears , yet my mind seems so loud.
My mind is like a train of racing thoughts , good and bad all flooding in from all pinicles .
But when I say a prayer to The One Up Above ,
a sense of serenity and calm wash over me, like cool water, running through my neurons , refreshing my thoughts and diluting the negativity .
