Darkness creeps into your heart, from the violence and dysfunction ripping our society apart,
It moves as a slow creeping serpant,
unnoticed and barely detected
changing you into its servant,
Slowly brainwashing to
believing untruths,
corrupting lies taught to our youth,
Injecting control over thier minds,
through a venomous tooth,
And the vibe is perplexing you towards the end of the race,
In a lonely, stony location,
Because the missing piece is bonded in a certain place,
In a faraway, poison-free constellation,
Where your mind, body , and spirit
are free from judgement and
damnation,
For independant thought or a great imagination,
Confront the serpant and it will coil up with an evil hiss,
It feeds on argumentation,
it conquers through separation,
Love is blind, it doesn't see color, political views,
or care where you sit in a pew,
Unite in love before it's our freedom we see in the rearview.
