The Song of the Sunflower
In fields of gold where sunflowers sway,
Their heads held high to greet the day,
A silent song does bloom and rise,
Beneath the watch of azure skies.
Sun’s gentle kiss on petal's sheen,
In golden hues and shades of green,
A melody, though silent, clear,
Sings the anthem of the year.
They turn their faces to the light,
In fervent dance from morn to night,
Reflecting sun's resplendent power,
In the song of the sunflower.
So in their glow, let hearts take flight,
In the sunflower's song of light.
