So as it now stands you say you don't wanna talk,
which I do understand but it just makes me feel fraught.

Our ambitions were high but I've been coming up short,

to make it all right 'cause you're worth the fight, so keeping you in my life is where I'm gonna thrive.
I know that fate will decide if we're to survive, if I lied and said that I don't see you by my side,
then I would have no drive because my honesty just died, and if it's no in your mind at least honestly I tried..
Yes I do believe that you're the one for me,
and if it's not you then there's no-one for me.
I hope your heart feels equal and it wants to see,
that if it connected to mine, how strong's the beat?
'Cause I know together we could beat strong, keep strong, the hills that we've climbed so far are the steep ones,
but keep on, together we can beat one, and just like a pillow these words are something you can sleep on..
