This means you shall not break the marriage commitment by having sexual intercourse with some else,
but adultery comes in different forms like
fornication which is commiting sexual immorality before marriage, watching pornography, and lusting over someone, yes you may have not committed the act, but you commited the act in your heart.
Lust is a dangerous sin and it is a shortcut to death, but like the women who was caught in adultery,
Christ didn't stone her, but saved her from being stoned, forgave her sin and told her to sin no more.
" If you repent you will be forgiven."
