I see mysterious footprints
upon the soft golden sand
I'm feeling angry and apprehensive
because this is my secret special land.

I find the mysterious footprints
started out by the river shore
I picked up my broken camcorder
and followed them once more.

I followed the mysterious footprints
across the rising mountain track
I feel the hot baking summer sun
now upon my naked back.

I've followed the mysterious footprints
they've stopped at the jungle edge
I've found a pair of old spectacles
sitting on a little rocky ledge.

These confusing mysterious footprints
are running through my mind
who knows what these belong to?
who knows what I might find?

These mysterious footprints
have stopped at the old coconut tree
I can now breath a sigh of relief
because those mysterious footprints, belong to me.
