Your Body Shivers
Your body shivers, when they make the air cold. The cold dry air gets breathed through the nose.

The dry air, dries your nose out, so your body makes mucus sputter and spout.

Post nasal drip hits your throat, most gets swallowed and your body can cope.

Some fluid makes its way to your lungs, and wet lungs cause pneumonia to run.

Your body fights back, you feel tired, with an acute illness you can't be wired.

Fluid in your lungs stop air, filaments wave to get it out of there.

The fluid comes up, then you cough, this autonomic response creates fluid loss.

After you cough, swallow or spit, either way you get rid of fluid.

Keep this up, your lungs dry, otherwise you can surely die.

To speed things up add a hospital stay, a doctor, a nurse, and of course PRAY!
