Foreboding
Raven's caws could be heard
Outside my window,
Echoing in the stillness all around.

Dark-gray clouds start rolling in,
Followed by thunder's purring.
Such a picturesque scenery.

Fog appears out of nowhere,
Descending upon the landscape
Like a veil covering a bride's face.

The air is cold outside,
Sending chills down your spine,
Giving a sense of foreboding.

The dark and gloomy,
Mysterious and spooky atmosphere
Belongs on the pages of a gothic story.
